Ever since my first job as a Computer Repair Technician, I absorbed
any and all IT related information like a sponge. As the years passed and my
experience grew, this thirst for new learning opportunities brought new
challenges and even bigger accomplishments.
As a Systems Engineer, my clients have expected me to not
only make sensible infrastructure upgrade recommendations, but to also
implement such changes with clearly defined scheduling, real-time communication
and minimal downtime for testing and project cut-over.

Exchange 2007/2010 to Office 365 Server migrations

VLAN segregation for Digium/Shoretel

Nothing worth learning comes easy and I live by that notion by constantly working to
improve myself both professionally and personally.
The AZ-500 and OSCP certification are on the horizon for me and I’m looking forward
to the challenge and the opportunities I’m certain they’ll bring along.
While I try to exercise a wide scope of skills, there are some that I have had more experience with than others. Primarily I work as a face to face and over the phone Systems Engineer, designing and deploying solutions to best meet our clients needs. Throughout my projects, I have used software suites like LabTech, Kaseya, N-Able and ConnectWise to help manage and streamline the process.
